the video really does a thorough outline of the topics we have discussed so far. Thank you it is an easier way to highlight some of the events and people who are important and have been mentioned in class.
Women's movements were well described by this video. It is also overview of our topics! Thank you for showing this video..and your pronunciation is very clear.
After watching this video my eyes were very much open to what Mary had to go through. It also shocked me when I heard that she had a kid previous to her marriage. I think these videos are good ways for us to learn about the women amd what they had to go threw.
Thanks for posting this video, its a great way for me to understand a little more in depth what we went over in class.. It's also a slower pace and easier for me to process. Its a great video... To see that mary went through, and how she helped change the course of history.
It's wonderful to get more background on Mary Wollstonecraft. It's unfortunate that her reputation and essentially her beliefs were ruined all because of past mistakes in her life. They had nothing to do with Rights Of Women and, thankfully women recieved their rights and her work was used in the movement as a "bible". It's a shame it took so many years for her philosophy to finally be used but, at least it was. I think her reputation has been rightfully restored.
This video helped me understand more about Mary Wollstonecraft. These visuals are good to have because they help understand more. The information also dont only go along with what we are learning but it helps to repeat what we know so it can stick more.
I'm quite surprised they have videos like this on YouTube! As for the content, it was extremely detailed and gave us more insight into the reactions that people had to Wollstonecraft and her ideas.
The video of the explanation of Mary Wollstonecraft's work for women's rights helped me get a clearer view of the impact her work made for the upcoming women's fight for women's liberty. Her husband's disrespectful words and actions after Wllstonecraft's death gave me a clear visual of how most husbands in that era thought of their wives.
